I confess to being a bit confused about this "celebrate our country" holiday, especially now that I'm raising a VERY proud Ugandan who would like nothing more than to LEAVE this country.
But mom reminded me that it's a birthday.... so we celebrate.
And now we know Uganda's birthday is March 1, so stay tuned for that!
We celebrated with a bike parade in Grandma and Papa's neighborhood.
Good times were had by all!
