Leah did GREAT at her first hair appointment last week.
And the results are sheer greatness too!
And it "only" took four hours. Ha.
This weekend, I told Seth it is time for him to get a haircut.
His response?
"No, Mommy. I don't want braids!!"
I quickly told him he wasn't getting braids -- ever -- and then flashed forward 15 years to Seth as a teenager getting braids to irritate me.
I will not be irritated; I will not be irritated! (repeat)
:)

LOVE! She is such a cutie! She looks older with her hair "did." ;)
first of all wow wow wow to the mad skills that created those braids! I could never do that! And how oh HOW did the person braiding get her to cooperate for 4 hours? Seriously? That is the secret better than ANYTHING "Victoria" might know. ha ha
She is a doll baby! And I have a feeling Seth is not going to want braids for awhile. I have to tell Josiah every single time he sees the new Karate Kid movie or a trailer for it that Dre is a BOY. He thought b/c he had long hair/braids, it must be a girl!
And this from a boy whose big brother had longer hair than I did at one point!! :)
Loving her hair!! i need to start taking notes and getting ideas now that we're getting a girl! I used to skip over all posts and article having to do with hair (girly hair) . . . regretting that now. HA!!
I am brand new to your blog, but I just HAD to comment to say that she is ADORABLE and her hair is GORGEOUS!! I just love it!! Beautiful girl :O).
